Accessibility Statement

CSystems Ltd is committed to making Lumea usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. This statement describes what has been done, what has not, and how to reach us if something gets in your way.

The standard we work to

We aim at the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA, the level referenced by Israeli standard IS 5568 and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities regulations.

To be clear about status: the site has not yet been audited or certified by a licensed accessibility surveyor. The measures below were built in during development and tested by us, not by an external auditor.

What has been done

The interface is built from semantic HTML with labelled controls, so screen readers can announce what each element is and what state it is in.

Every interactive control can be reached and operated from the keyboard, and the element in focus is visibly marked.

Text and background colours were chosen for contrast, in both the light and dark themes, and the page respects the text size set in your browser.

The layout adapts from phone to desktop without loss of content or function, and works in both left-to-right and right-to-left languages, including full Hebrew RTL.

Images that carry meaning have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from screen readers rather than announced as noise.

The site is available in Hebrew, English and Russian.

Known limitations

Some pages embed content from third parties — a map from OpenStreetMap, and payment pages hosted by a payment provider. We do not control the accessibility of those, and they may not meet the same level.

PDF documents generated by the system (invoices, receipts) are laid out for printing and are not fully tagged for screen readers. If you need one in an accessible format, ask us and we will send it another way.

Content written by individual businesses using the platform — their service descriptions, photos and page text — is theirs, and its accessibility depends on them.

If something is inaccessible

Tell us. A description of the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you use helps us reproduce and fix it quickly.
